2 Hour Reset

This is our longest time offering, and for good reason. Often, we get people who are lost or are losing the battle in their healthcare journey. When we get to this point in our healthcare journey, we often need to retreat from the battle, Reset, re-calibrate, and re-integrate back into the "battle" of everyday life. This one-on-one treatment is meant to do just that.

Sunday Service
$15/person
Come relax and enjoy an hour long guided meditation for inspiring the body, mind, and soul. We will be utilizing 528 Hertz Crystal bowls and other frequency instruments to provide a relaxing, acoustic concert for deep relaxation.
15 yoga mats provided, please bring blankets, pillows, and other relaxing personal items to be most comfortable(it is common to fall asleep)

OUR STORY
About Brenna Galves
Brenna grew up in San Diego, California. She also grew up coming to southern Colorado often to visit family in Pueblo, Colorado. She has deep, find memories of living with her Grammy for a while when she was very young. Her Grammy, Kathryn Galves (maiden name Smith), was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. It was Kathryn's father, Anthony Smith (among many others within the family), that grew up fishing and hanging out in southern Colorado at Monument Lake Resort.
Flash Forward
In 2023, Brenna was invited by the Grace of God, and owners Brett & Lori McGraw to join Monument Lake Resort to make her dream come true: clinics in the city to fund retreats to the mountains to heal.
While she balances 3 locations and sets up one-on-one care at the lake during the season, her ultimate goal is to create true healing for people in the Blood of Christ mountains where her family has called her home.
History at the Lake
Brenna's Great-Grandfather, Anthony Smith grew up fishing Monument Lake Resort, and now Brenna continues that heritage herself, as well as creating wellness options in the mountains. It was later discovered in her family heritage that Anthony (Tony) Smith was half Jicarilla Apache, a tribe that is known in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico for Pueblo-dwelling and basket weaving.

Brenna's Great-Great Grandfather, Nester Guerrero was the last post master of Walsenberg in 1920, and wife Andrea Guerrero (maiden name Bustos).
