Monument Lake Fishing Regulations

Though pets are allowed on the premises, owners are expected to clean up after them so that the park remains lovely for all its guests.

Monument Lake fishing regulations require each person to be 16 years or older with a valid Colorado fishing license. Resort guests must agree to follow all Colorado’s fishing regulations while on the lake. There is a convenient fish cleaning station adjacent to the store and boat rental for cleaning and preparing your catch after the day’s events. Swimming on the lake is not permissible at any time.

Liability waivers must be signed by all persons intending to be on the water at any time. All boaters must wear a life jacket while on the boats for their safety.
