Jill Mollenhauer

Yoga Instructor, 500 hour E-RYT| Esthetician| Ayurvedic Therapist | Death Doula | Advanced Training in oncology yoga, neurogenic yoga, and trauma release experience

Jill has been honored to guide students in their yoga practice consistently since 2008 when she completed her first teacher training program. Since that time she has added many certifications and leads others in their journey to become teachers.

Her specialty is the anatomy and in particular, the connective tissue of our bodies. Understanding that every body is unique and that yoga is for everyone. It is her passion to guide students on their mats with the goal of all of us making a true connection with ourselves. To understand how truly beautiful we all are.

There is a variation for everyone and our breath is the most important part of this amazing practice. When we feel our breath (prana, chi) flow through us, we expand ourselves in so many ways. It is not about a style of yoga, or how many positions we put ourselves in on our mats, it’s that we come into ourselves, our beauty and all our abilities. To feel safe within ourselves, to breathe new life into every cell, and to bring together mind, body and breath is the essence of the practice of yoga. This is her passion. After a class when a student says “you make me feel safe and you give me the freedom to do what is best for me and my body,” then my job is done. We all need yoga, the learning path that it provides both on and off our mats. This is the message she is continuing to share.
